Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 hard-boiled eggs
    3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/4 c. cold water
    3/4 c. hot water
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small grated onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add gelatine to cold water; stir until dissolved.
    Add hot water and stir.
    Add lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Let cool while grinding up eggs.
    Add mixture and mayonnaise to eggs. Pour in dish or mold and chill.
