Southern-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. frying chicken, disjointed
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
    Dip chicken pieces into milk.
    Coat with flour.
    Dip into egg; coat again with flour.
    Fry chicken in 350\u00b0 deep fat for about 20 to 30 minutes or until browned and tender.
    Drain on absorbent paper; serve immediately.
    Yields 4 to 5 servings.
