Pistachio Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 pkg. (3 oz. each) pistachio pudding
    1 1/2 c. cold milk
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    whipped topping
    1 c. toasted coconut
Preparation
    Mix crackers and butter together in bottom of 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Combine pudding mix, milk and ice cream. Pour over the warm cracker mixture.
    Add a layer of whipped topping and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
    Chill and serve.
