Baked Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    4 (4 oz.) farm raised catfish fillets
    cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a heavy-duty Ziploc plastic bag. Add fish; seal bag and turn gently to coat.
    Place fish on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Bake on bottom rack of oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes on each side.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 5 minutes or until crust is golden and fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
