Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) pkg. Post or Raisin Bran flakes
3 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
5 c. unsifted flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients, using a very large bowl.
Add oil, eggs, buttermilk and raisins.
Blend together very well.
Put dough in covered container in refrigerator, and use as needed.
It will keep at least six weeks, the longer, the better.
