Walnut Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg and orange juice and beat well.
    In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Add 1/3 of flour mixture and beat until smooth.
    Mix in remaining flour mixture and the pineapple with juice.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until done.
