Aunt Ruth'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 - 6 oz. carton sour cream
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, bouillon cubes, and onion in a large pot. Cover with water and cook until tender.
    Add butter, sour cream, velveeta, and green onions.
    Simmer and stir until thick.
