Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
7 1/2 oz. can drained, flaked crab meat
1/3 c. sliced green onions
8 oz. pkg. Kraft natural Swiss cheese, diced
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk until well blended.
Add crab meat, green onions and cheese.
Pour into 8 or 9-inch pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
Serve warm.
Even better warmed the next day.
