Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium frying chicken
    2 c. crumbs (crackers, corn flakes, potato chips, etc.)
    1 egg, slightly beaten or 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Line baking pan with aluminum foil long enough to seal. Spray bottom
    with Pam or grease lightly.
    Wash chicken parts and
    dry thoroughly.
    Dip chicken parts into egg or milk (salt and pepper added), then roll in crumbs and place in foil-lined pan,
    skin side
    down.
    Do
    not
    let parts touch.
    Seal foil. Bake
    in
    a 350\u00b0
    oven for 1 hour, then open foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
