Empanadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck beef
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 hot pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pastry*
Preparation
    Brown meat and other ingredients, except pastry.
    Cook until done.
    If too thin, add flour to thicken.
    Cut pastry in circles; put meat in half the circle.
    Fold over; press edges together. Brush with milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
