Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large container.
    A 2-quart pitcher works well for pouring into muffin tins.
    Pour batter into greased tin (glass or cast-iron works best) about halfway.
    Put in cold oven on 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 350\u00b0 for another 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes about 10.
