Easy Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust (9-inch)
2 c. sliced fruit or 1 can fruit filling
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs; mix well.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool and top with fruit.
Refrigerate overnight and serve.
