Grandmother'S Lemon Pie(1930) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter or oleo
    1 whole egg and 2 yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 lemon, juiced
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cream all ingredients together with 1/2 stick butter.
    Then add 2 cups boiling water and cook in a double boiler.
    Boil until thick and pour into a pie shell.
