Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange jello (small)
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. buttermilk or evaporated milk
    coconut (if desired)
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Chill until almost \"set.\" Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate until firm.
    Serves 10.
