Mock Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Preparation

Mix into cakes and fry.
Cheese can also be melted over these after they are browned.
