Marshmallow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 large oranges, diced
    2 large apples, diced
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 pt. whipped cream
    2 pkg. Knox gelatine
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple; if not enough to make 2 cups, finish with water.
    Add juice of one lemon and bring to a boil. Dissolve gelatine in a little water and add to cooked juices, then add sugar, a little at a time.
    Cook a few minutes more over low heat, then chill.
    After it jells, add oranges, apples, pineapple, nuts and whipped cream.
    Mix together and refrigerate.
