Easy Company Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well in 9 1/2 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Ten minutes before done, remove from oven; top with cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese melts.
