Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head fresh cauliflower or 2 pkg. frozen
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 can French fried onions
    1/2 c. slivered almonds or sliced and quartered canned water chestnuts
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into bite size pieces and cook in boiling salted water, but not to a mushy stage. Drain well.
