Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 minced green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Cook first three ingredients over low heat until thick. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Blend in mixer and chill one hour. Serve with vegetables.
