Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. potatoes, cooked and diced (use hot)
3/4 c. finely minced onion
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 hard-cooked eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix potatoes, onion, lemon juice, salt, mustard and pepper. Chill.
Add remaining ingredients.
