Hot Crab Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 (7 oz.) cans crab meat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

In a large pan, melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in crab meat, chopped eggs, salt, pepper and parsley.
Spoon mixture in six 10-ounce casseroles or baking dishes.
Mix melted butter with bread crumbs. Sprinkle atop crab mixture. Top with slivered almonds. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
