Hotel Twinkies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. whole milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Blend the first 4 ingredients until smooth; gradually add dry ingredients.
    Pour into miniature loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 until spongy.
    Cool and split in half lengthwise.
    Add filling.
