Quick Fat-Free Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked whole wheat or spinach macaroni (shells, elbows or spirals)
    1 1/2 c. chopped vegetables (scallions, green pepper, broccoli, celery, etc.)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. oil-free salad dressing
Preparation
    Cook the macaroni in boiling water until just tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix with the vegetables; add the dressing and toss to coat well.
    Serve hot or cold.
