Round Steak In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
    1 medium onion
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving size pieces and flour.
    Fry round steak in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Brown the meat and then put into a casserole dish.
    Add water to pan drippings (about 1 1/2 cups), then add 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
    Add sliced onion, salt and pepper. Pour soup mixture over meat in casserole and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 2 1/2 hours.
    Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
