Scandinavian Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can LeSueur peas, drained
    1 can Shoe Peg corn, rained
    1 c. chopped red onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    This will keep for up to 2 weeks.
