Cheesy Tortilla Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green onions, sliced
    1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine, divided
    2 pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2/3 c. crushed tortilla chips
Preparation
    Cook and stir onions and red pepper in 2 tablespoons of margarine in a large skillet until tender.
    Reduce to low heat. Stir in corn and cheese.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes.
    Stir occasionally. Melt remaining ingredients in separate pan and stir in tortilla chips.
    Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
    Spoon corn mixture into serving bowls.
    Sprinkle with tortilla chips.
