Hawaiian Chicken(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    2 lb. chicken pieces
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (12 oz.) can coconut milk (found in liquor section)
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Spread spinach in baking dish.
    Rinse chicken and pat dry. Arrange over spinach.
    Combine soup, coconut milk, onion flakes, sugar and salt in bowl; mix well.
    Spoon over chicken; do not mix. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    May thicken with cornstarch, if desired.
