Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. pecans
3 c. chopped apples
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

In large bowl, mix oil, eggs and sugar well.
In separate bowl, sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
Add to first mixture.
Stir in nuts and apples; mix well.
Spread mixture in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread butterscotch chips on top of cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares. For best results, let stand 1 day.
