4 to 5 lb. roast (pork and/or beef)
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Cut roast into one-inch squares.
Put roast into a heavy pan. Combine tomatoes, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and sugar.
    Pour over meat.
Cover and cook on very low heat (just a low simmer) for 5 to 6 hours until thick and tender.
Remove lid. Spoon out meat chunks and break apart with fork.
