Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
garlic powder
onion flakes
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
8 to 10 tortillas
sour cream
shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown the ground beef, spices to taste and chilies.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Place tortillas in enchilada sauce, then layer 2 or 3 in bottom of greased oblong casserole dish.
Place layer of beef, 1/4 of soup and cheese on top of tortillas.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Put remaining enchilada sauce on top.
Pour on sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
