Skillet Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. meat grease
1/2 c. flour (plain)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3 to 4 c. milk
Preparation
-
In iron skillet, brown flour in hot meat drippings.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook until tan or light brown in color.
Add milk to desired consistency.
Cook until thickened.
