Roasted Cornish Hens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp. dried snipped chives
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, rosemary, crushed
3 (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) Cornish game hens, halved
Preparation

Combine margarine, chives and thyme.
Rinse hens.
Pat dry. Place hens, breast side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Brush with some margarine and herb mixture.
Cover loosely with foil.
Roast in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Roast, uncovered, 45 to 60 minutes more, brushing three times during roasting with the herb mixture.
