Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1/3 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add corn meal, salt, sugar and boiling water. Stir together well in medium large saucepan.
Cook until thick. Beat together eggs, milk and flour and stir into mixture in saucepan.
Stir well.
Melt 2 to 3 tablespoons butter in baking dish.
Pour mixture into pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
