Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) bag butterscotch chips
Preparation

Beat eggs; add oil and sugar.
Mix well.
Add flour, apples and cinnamon; mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
