Pina Colada Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 to 10 oz. Cool Whip
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained well
    flaked coconut (amount is optional)
    2 bags Stella D'Oro anginettes
Preparation
    Mix softened cream cheese with pineapple and amount of coconut to your liking (start with 1/4 cup).
    Add the Cool Whip and mix well.
    Using a sharp knife, cut anginettes in half \"sandwich-style.\"
    Spread the Cool Whip mixture on one half and replace the second half to make a sandwich.
    Be generous; there is plenty of Cool Whip.
    Chill several hours to soften cookies.
