Glorious Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large boiling potatoes
2 Tbsp. oleo, softened
3 oz. cream cheese with chives
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. fresh or frozen chives
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Place in a 2-quart saucepan and add water to cover.
Boil, uncovered, for 15 minutes until tender.
Drain them, adding milk.
Mix in oleo, sour cream and cream cheese until well blended.
Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with chives.
Serves 4.
