Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 stick margarine (optional)
    1 small onion, diced or onion soup mix
    1 to 2 sticks celery, diced
    1 or 2 cans beef consomme soup (regular size soup can) or 2 1/2 c. meat broth
    1 c. long grain rice
    1/4 tsp. celery salt (optional)
Preparation
    Mix and bake in covered casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. If using margarine, saute onion and celery in it.
    May \"bake\" by microwaving 20 minutes on High.
    I usually add 1/2 cup extra rice.
