Sweet And Sour Ham Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground fresh pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. green pepper
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Dissolve brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and water in pan.
Pour over ham balls and bake 30 minutes longer.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
