Russian Carrot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 nut crust or whole wheat pastry shell
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. onions, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 Tbsp. unbleached flour
    1 1/2 c. firm cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated white cheese
    1 beaten egg
    fresh ground pepper
    1 tsp. dill weed
    3 Tbsp. wheat germ
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt butter in large heavy skillet.
    Add onions and salt.
    Cook over medium heat until soft, 5 to 8 minutes. Add carrots; stir.
    Sprinkle in flour.
    Cook and stir until carrots are tender, but not mushy.
    If sticking to pan, add up to 3 tablespoons water.
    Remove from heat.
