Cool 'N Easy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O brand watermelon or any other flavor
    1/2 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
    1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
    additional Cool Whip (for topping)
Preparation
    Stir boiling water into Jell-O in bowl, 2 minutes, or until dissolved.
    Mix water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups.
    Stir into Jell-O until slightly thickened.
    Remove any remaining ice.
    Stir in Cool Whip until smooth.
    Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound.
    Spoon into crust.
    Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
    Garnish with additional Cool Whip.
    Makes 8 servings.
