Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    16 oz. can stewed tomatoes, cut up
    16 oz. can kidney beans (do not drain)
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 envelope (2 Tbsp.) taco seasoning mix
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion; drain off any fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 1/2 hour.
    Top with dollop of sour cream on each serving if desired.
