Nippy Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. pickled jalapeno peppers, minced
Preparation

Beat eggs with cheese
and
peppers in bowl.
Pour into well greased 9-inch square baking
dish.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until firm and
light
golden brown.
Cut into bite size pieces.
Serve warm on toothpicks.\tServes 40.
