Baked Brie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small wheel Brie
1 jar English marmalade (or raspberry or black currant preserves)
1/2 c. currants
3/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Place unwrapped Brie on baking sheet.
Smear with marmalade over the top.
Cover and sprinkle generously with currants.
Layer cover with slivered almonds on top.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until puffy (20 minutes).
Serve with French bread, apples, grapes, crackers, etc.
