Creamed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thick pork chops
oil
1 1/2 (10 1/2 oz. each) cans cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
2 stalks celery, finely cut
4 slices wheat bread, toasted and cubed
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt and black pepper
2 red apples, unpeeled and sliced
Preparation

Wipe pork chops with damp paper towels.
Brown them in a little heated oil. Arrange chops in oiled baking dish.
