Sunshine Brunch Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. orange-pineapple juice
    1 pt. lemon or pineapple sherbet
    1 liter ginger ale or lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
Preparation
    Combine juice and ginger ale in a punch bowl.
    Top with scoops of sherbet.
    Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
    Yields 26 four-ounce servings.
