Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar or 3/4 c. Sugar Twin
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Put butter, eggs, sugar and vinegar in double boiler over hot water until butter melts.
Stir in pecans and coconut.
Put in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown and firm.
