Quick Hearty Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can stewed potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 (1 lb.) can vegetable soup
    1/2 envelope (1/4 c.) dry onion soup mix
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a large, heavy saucepan, lightly brown ground beef; drain off excess fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
