Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
nuts (optional)
coconut (optional)
chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Grease 11 x 15-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut on bottom; pour in batter.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Top with chopped nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
