Meat Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. ground beef
    6 slices bread in 1 c. milk
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients well. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Spoon mixture in heaping spoonfuls onto the aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 420\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes about 5 or 6.
