Potato-Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. milk
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 c. hash browns, thawed
    1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed
    1 tsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Melt 2 teaspoons butter.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
    Cook until bubbly.
    Add cheeses; stir until melted.
    Add potatoes.
    Pour half of mixture into a greased 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Put a layer of broccoli. Add remaining potato mixture.
    Cover and bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
